These Terms govern the use of SlideReelStudio at slidereelstudio.telepora.com. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern use of SlideReel Studio and related services. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service Nature and Use at Your Own Risk

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific performance levels, uninterrupted data retention, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

4. Account, Security, and User Responsibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, all content you upload or create, compliance with applicable law, and your own backups of important data.

5. User Content and License

You retain rights to your own content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use that content. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and display content strictly as needed to operate and support the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: violate laws or third-party rights; upload illegal or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; bypass security controls or technical limits; perform automated scraping without authorization; distribute malware, phishing, or spam; or overload infrastructure.

7. Payments, Subscription, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected billing period. Payments are processed by external payment providers under their own terms. You can cancel future renewals at any time in account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by mandatory law, paid fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of data, profit, reputation, business opportunity, or service interruption. Total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by the user for the service during the 12 months before the claim, capped at EUR 50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator, its officers, and employees from claims, losses, damages, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or your content.

10. Changes to Terms and Service

The operator may update these Terms, service features, or pricing at any time for legal, technical, product, or security reasons. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, users may be notified in advance by email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and related legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are subject to Slovak courts. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution and the EU ODR platform: https://www.soi.sk and https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Final Provisions and Language

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. This document may also be available in other languages as an informational translation; in case of conflict, the Slovak language version prevails. Questions and complaints: slidereelstudio@telepora.com.
